Data collection
The Buyer acknowledges that we store personal data for the purpose of automatic processing (billing, accounting, administration of customer base/supplier base, processing of inquiries/orders, for information about ongoing business activities, etc.) in order to be able to ensure the performance of the contract agreement. Other personal data contained in this contract will not be stored.
Transfer of data
The stored data (name, telephone number, billing and delivery address, e-mail address, bank details, UID #, etc.) will not be used for any other purpose without the explicit voluntary consent, for instance, sending advertising material/newsletters and hence will not be disclosed to any third parties. We only reserve the right of disclosure in order to comply with legal requirements or to execute the order.
Legal entitlements
The buyer is entitled to the permanent deletion of this data. This must be requested from us either informally in writing or orally. The buyer has a right of access to the information and can revoke his/her consent in terms of processing the data at any time.
